Plain language, short version: we collect what we need to reply to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you apply to join, we store your name, email, DEV username, role, stage, and the answers you write. When you use the contact form, we store your name, email, subject, and message.
What we do not collect
- No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.
- Your IP address and browser details are not stored in readable form. We keep only a one-way, keyed hash so we can limit spam.
How we use it
We read your application or message and reply to you. We do not sell or share your details.
Keeping and deleting your data
Applications and messages are kept until we delete them. To have yours removed, write to us through the contact page and mention the email you used.
Cookies
Visitors get no cookies. A single secure cookie is used only for people who sign in to the team area.
